Special Olympics Ireland Games 2010 Take Place at UL Campus

On June 9th, 1900 Special Olympics Athletes arrived on the University of Limerick campus for the commencement of the 2010 Special Olympics Ireland Games. The Athletes and their coaches were accommodated throughout UL's five on-campus Student Villages for the duration of the Games. All competitions, which encompassed athletics, aquatics, gymnastics, basketball, football and kayaking competitions took place on campus also.
