Noni joined the Foundation in February 2002 from a similar position at the University of Waikato Foundation in New Zealand. Born in Australia, Noni had already lived and worked in several countries before arriving in New Zealand, including the University of Sydney (Australia), the University of Salford (England) and the Lae Miscellaneous Workers Union (Papua New Guinea). Noni is responsible for the ALF database (serving the Alumni Association and Foundation), which is essential in enabling the Foundation to manage its information and relationships with individuals and organizations.
