Graduates
The securing of a University qualification is an outstanding achievement for each student and is something to be cherished for life. Memories of your alma mater are hopefully fond. We trust that your time at university has prepared you well to be successful and happy in whatever route you have chosen in life.
When reflecting on your time at UL, it is important to reflect on the support team that you had around you during your time at University - family and friends that are proud of what you achieved when you graduated from the University of Limerick.
Hopefully, you also recognise the part that was played by the University. The infrastructure, facilities, courses and job placements have all played a part in making you the person that you are today. We like to think that the Foundation has played a small part in facilitating this.
In partnership with the University, guided by a Board of international leaders from business, industry and the arts, UL Foundation provides funding for the University’s advancement and has successfully raised in excess of €130 million to date. The Foundation provides financing for Endowed Professorships, Scholarships & Fellowships and sponsored Research. Capital Developments include the Foundation Building, the Glucksman Library, the UL Student Centre, the University Arena, the Graduate Medical School and the World Academy of Music & Dance.
As you look back at your time in UL, you may like to consider providing some tangible symbol of support for the University. Your family is already part of our history and our future and we look forward to an ongoing partnership with you, as we share in building a better UL.
